Job summary

dbucareers seeks an Assistant Director of Enrollment Data and Analytics to oversee data needs for Undergraduate Enrollment, working with University Communications and enrollment teams to generate timely reports on prospects, applicants, and enrollment flows. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BI/Analytics/CS or similar field.
• Experience using BI software for reporting.
• Experience designing and executing reports within a CRM.
• Experience with data visualization.
• Familiarity with data security policies and FERPA.
• Admission or recruitment experience in higher education preferred.
• Prefer at least three years reporting with Slate CRM.
• Prefer experience with SQL.

Responsibilities

• Build queries, populations, rules, and reports for all enrollment functions in Slate.
• Manage all origin and lead sources.
• Assist in developing portals for departmental use.
• Ensure Slate users follow data security policies.
• Deliver reports on enrollment data, processing, and planning for assessment and surveys.
• Provide interpretation of reports as required.
• Oversee integration from external data sources into the CRM.
• Serve on the CRM Steering Committee.
• Provide on-demand data and reports for enrollment divisions.
• Produce weekly Enrollment Reports for freshman, transfer, and professional studies.
• Produce monthly College Enrollment Reports.
• Liaise with data partnerships including EAB for data verification.
• Oversee loading of enrollment lists and coding into the CRM.
• Manage data for enrollment communication tracks (texts, emails, prints).
• Run queries for CRM list extraction.
• Support Undergraduate and Graduate Enrollment data coordinators.
• Attend marketing and enrollment leadership meetings.
