Job summary

The University of Rochester seeks a Director of Enrollment Operations and Strategy to lead undergraduate admissions analytics, reporting, technology, and data governance. You translate data into insights to support recruitment and enrollment goals and oversee a team to drive continuous improvement of key processes.

You will collaborate with University partners to advance data-informed decision-making and ensure effective use of systems, while coordinating with Marketing and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of enrollment management, institutional research or data analytics experience.
• Master’s degree in related field preferred.
• Supervisory experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Oversees enrollment analytics, reporting, data governance and communications operations.
• Leads development of dashboards, reports and data visualizations for strategic enrollment.
• Provides leadership to Enrollment Data and Operations team and partners across the University.
• Collaborates to advance data-informed decision-making and operational effectiveness.
• Partners with Marketing and Communications to optimize Slate-based communications.
• Supports external reporting and institutional data partnerships.
