Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; three years full-time experience in college career services, college advancement/alumni or related environment.
• Experience supervising professional staff.
• Preferred: four+ years and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with employers to build pipelines for SB graduate and undergrad students.
• Manage large-scale in-person and virtual career fairs and networking events.
• Provide career coaching to students and student organizations.
• Strong communication, organization, and ability to work under pressure.
