Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent or higher
• One year of full-time experience in a college or university setting
• Proficiency with technology, office software and communication systems

Responsibilities

• Represent the university in an assigned recruitment territory and develop recruitment initiatives to increase enrollment
• Travel to college fairs, high school visits, community college visits, and other outreach programs
• Build territory outreach plans and coordinate on- and off-campus programs and events
• Engage with students, families, counselors, and partners to provide admissions information and sessions
• Evaluate admissions applications holistically and make recommendations for admission
• Review data and reports to guide follow-up actions and improvements
