Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HRIS/HR tech experience with 3+ years in management.
• Hands-on with enterprise HRIS platforms: admin, testing, data validation, integrations.
• Excellent communication; highly organized with multiple priorities.
• Strong PM, analytical and problem-solving skills for HR operations.
• Experience collaborating across HR, IT, payroll and finance.

Responsibilities

• Direct HRIS team; set priorities, assign work and ensure high-quality service.
• Oversee HRIS operations: admin, data maintenance, reporting and access controls.
• Lead implementation and optimization of enterprise HCM platform.
• Coordinate test plans, defect tracking and retesting processes.
• Validate data conversion and data integrity before deployment.
• Evaluate configurations and design options balancing needs and controls.
• Monitor milestones, risks, and decisions; escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with HR leaders to streamline processes and analytics.
• Maintain documentation, data quality, and security practices.
• Lead change management: training, user support, post-implementation ops.
