Stony Brook University is seeking a Graduate Admissions Recruiter to develop and execute an aggressive recruitment and outreach plan for master’s and doctoral programs. The role includes representing the university at conferences, building partnerships with feeder institutions, and coordinating statewide travel.

The recruiter will use Slate and PeopleSoft to manage applicant communications and support Graduate School operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; three years of direct experience in higher education recruitment or related student services.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
• Must hold a valid NYS driver’s license with clean driving record.

• Develop, implement, and manage a graduate student recruitment and outreach plan.
• Represent the University at national and regional conferences and meetings to prospective students and faculty.
• Train colleagues across the institution to engage prospective students.
• Manage Slate and PeopleSoft workflows for applicant tracking and communications.
