Qualifikationen

• Represent the university in an assigned recruitment territory and travel to college fairs and school visits.
• Work with senior admissions leaders to expand recruitment initiatives and support enrollment goals.
• Engage with students, families, school counselors, and partners to explain admissions processes and policies.
• Conduct holistic evaluation of applications and make admissions recommendations.
• Develop territory outreach plans and coordinate on-campus, virtual, and outreach programs.
• View data and reports to guide follow-up actions and improve yield.
