Job summary

Seton Hall University is seeking an Associate Director of Employer Relations & Partnerships to lead the Career Center's external engagement. You will drive employer relationships, partnerships, and programs that broaden internship, experiential learning, and full-time opportunities for students and recent graduates.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, collaboration with faculties and alumni, and leadership of a small team to enhance recruiting activity and long-term engagement with industry

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or mentoring professional staff, graduate assistants, interns, or student employees.
• Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in employer relations, recruiting, talent acquisition, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute employer engagement strategies to expand internships and full-time opportunities.
• Build relationships with employers, recruiters, alumni, industry leaders and external partners.
• Coordinate employer relations and recruiting partnerships across the Career Center and university.
• Promote consistent employer engagement practices to strengthen relationships and reduce outreach duplication.
• Lead data-driven outreach using market information to guide partnership priorities.
