Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business administration.
• Five years of HR generalist or consultant experience.
• Experience addressing HR challenges related to experience, engagement, change management, culture and rewards.
• Experience managing complex projects across diverse client environments and cultures.
• Experience developing and presenting employee experience strategies with measurable results.
• Experience creating proposals, budgets and plans integrating human capital solutions.
• Experience managing sales processes and negotiating contract terms with clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop commercial proposals and present to clients with measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate contract terms with Procurement, Legal, Compliance and Data Privacy teams.
