Job summary

Willis Towers Watson invites an experienced Health and Benefits Senior Director to lead client engagements and shape the design and management of comprehensive health and welfare programs. You will drive strategy, grow relationships with current clients, and participate in prospecting to generate new business.

You will oversee client service teams, lead vendor negotiations, and collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver superior outcomes while upholding WTW standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in design/management of health and welfare plans
• Proven ability to generate revenue and grow client relationships
• Executive presence with strong communication skills
• License: State Life and Health within 90 days; CEBS designation or related training desired
• Bachelor's strongly preferred; HS diploma required

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements designing and managing health and benefits programs
• Supervise client service teams and ensure project plans meet objectives, budgets, timelines, and quality standards
• Direct vendor procurement strategy, negotiation, implementation, and optimization
• Coordinate with experts to solve client needs and generate new business
• Grow Health and Benefits revenue through cross-selling and pursuing new opportunities
• Mentor colleagues and ensure high standards in deliverables
