Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Health and Benefits Senior Director in the United States to lead client engagements for design and management of health programs. You will drive strategy, grow relationships, and generate new business while leveraging WTW capabilities.

You will mentor colleagues, oversee project plans, and ensure deliverables meet client objectives and WTW standards. The role includes interaction with senior management and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing/managing complex health and welfare plans in consulting or brokerage.
• Proven ability to generate revenue.
• Track record of managing and growing client relationships.
• Executive presence with polished written and oral communication.
• Influence and collaborate with senior management across all levels.
• Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• State Life and Health license required within 90 days.
• CEBS designation or health/welfare actuarial/underwriting training desired.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; HS diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the client service team in design and delivery of project plans; ensure progress against objectives, budgets, timelines, deliverables and quality standards.
• Proactively advise clients and ensure the delivery of superior client service.
• Lead vendor procurement strategy, negotiation, implementation, and optimization activities.
• Engage specialist resources to solve client needs and generate new business.
• Grow Health and Benefits revenue by anticipating client needs and cross-selling solutions.
• Mentor colleagues and conduct final reviews to ensure alignment with client objectives and WTW standards.
• Provide input into the evolution of the Health and Benefits practice and market leadership.
