Job summary
Heart & Soil Supplements is seeking a Director of Ecommerce to own and optimize DTC performance across Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. You will drive AOV, conversion rate, and revenue per session while safeguarding margins and customer trust.
You will manage merchandising, experimentation, and digital subscription experiences, collaborating with Growth, Lifecycle, and Creative to translate commercial plans into storefront execution.
Qualifications
- Seven+ years in ecommerce, CRO, or digital experience.
- Hands-on Shopify/Shopify Plus ownership experience.
- Proven ability to improve AOV, conversion rate, and revenue per session.
- Experience with subscription commerce, analytics, and experimentation.
- Ability to manage developers and agencies; write clear requirements.
Responsibilities
- Own Shopify AOV, conversion rate, and revenue per session targets and report results.
- Prioritize ecommerce roadmap across Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop based on value and impact.
- Lead CRO backlog, test priorities, requirements, and release acceptance criteria.
- Own subscription journey optimization, including enrollment and renewal flows.
- Oversee Amazon and TikTok Shop storefront merchandising and catalog quality.
- Measure performance against targets and share learnings with Growth and Finance.
