The role includes oversight of technical work, business development, and strategic initiatives to deliver high quality, cost-competitive transmission line engineering services.

You will manage project scope, schedule, and budgets while upholding company values and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering (required)
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification (required)
• 12+ years of related engineering experience, preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop engineering teams in distribution
• Support business development and grow the region’s business
• Ensure teams uphold Pickett’s values and conduct
