Job summary

Pickett, an ESP Associates company, is seeking a Lead Engineer to provide leadership and senior engineering expertise on complex utility distribution projects. You will supervise engineers, technicians, and drafters, ensuring client requirements, quality, and deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• PE certification is preferred.
• 10+ years of overhead and underground distribution engineering experience.
• Knowledge of electrical design including distribution equipment.
• Familiarity with CSA/IEC/NESC standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of engineers, technicians, and drafters.
• Manage projects to meet client requirements, quality and deadlines.
• Review engineering design submittals and proposals.
• Develop lasting relationships with clients.
• Estimate projects and develop proposals.
