You will oversee project scopes, schedules, budgets, and QA, drive business development in your region, and mentor engineers to grow technical capabilities. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering, PE certification, 12+ years of experience, and a collaborative, safety-first mindset

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification is required.
• 12+ years of related engineering experience, preferably in consulting or electric utility.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop distribution engineering teams.
