Job summary

Pickett, an ESP Associates company, is seeking a Manager of Engineering, Distribution, to oversee distribution engineering teams across your region and deliver high quality, cost competitive transmission line engineering services.

You will also be involved in business development and company initiatives, including establishing business strategies and objectives. Lead a team and ensure adherence to Pickett’s standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification required.
• 12+ years of related engineering experience preferred (consulting or utility).
• Ability to manage project scope, schedule and budget.
• Effective communication and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop engineering teams.
• Support business development and regional growth.

• Provide a growth‑oriented work environment.
• Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets and change orders.
