Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day operational management of dispatch staff.
• Establishes short-term operational objectives.
• Identifies issues and implements solutions to improve processes and efficiency.
• Analyzes performance, sets priorities, conducts reviews, and provides corrective action.
• Ensures staffing and scheduling; participates in staffing decisions for assigned staff.
• Provides supervision and training to staff to improve customer service operations.
