Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in business management, health administration, clinical specialty, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for 24/7 EMS dispatch center.
• Oversee staffing, daily operations, policy development, and training.
• Supervise technology systems, quality assurance, and interagency coordination.
• Handle reporting and emergency preparedness to support EMS response.
• Coordinate air and ground critical care transport, interfacility transfers, and 911 support.
• Maintain accountability for leaders and staff within scope of work.
