Job summary

IRONSCALES is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to own the end-to-end demand engine for a cybersecurity-focused marketing stack in the United States. You will lead a small team and partner with Sales, driving ABM, lifecycle programs, and optimized channel strategies to fuel growth.

You will deploy AI-driven workflows, build scalable programs, and report on pipeline, conversion, and CAC. High autonomy and visible impact are expected in this growth-stage environment.

Qualifications

• Led demand programs at director level and scaled them with measurable revenue impact.
• Built campaigns from scratch and established scalable processes.
• Owns end-to-end demand and is comfortable with executive-level reviews.
• Delivers multiple GTM motions and ABX at scale.
• Uses AI and automation to improve efficiency and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the demand strategy across the full funnel for all go-to-market motions.
• Build and scale ABX programs against priority accounts with Sales.
• Develop lead lifecycle programs: scoring, routing, nurture, and follow-up.
• Expand and optimize channel mix: paid, email, ABM, webinars, and content syndication.
• Own the ABM platform and broader demand-gen tech stack; drive segmentation and reporting.
• Lead a small team and manage agency/contractor relationships.
• Align with Sales on prioritization, SLAs, and pipeline reviews.
