Job summary

Safe Security is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to own the global demand strategy and pipeline outcomes. You will partner with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing to drive predictable, high-quality growth in a remote-first environment.

You will lead ABM and integrated campaigns across channels, with a focus on cybersecurity customers, enterprise-scale targets, and data-driven performance measurement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or revenue marketing roles.
• Proven ability to own pipelines and drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong numerical and analytics skills to forecast and optimize programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global demand generation strategy aligned to growth goals.
• Translate revenue targets into demand plans and operating metrics.
• Own pipeline creation and influence across regions and motions.
• Partner with Sales on pipeline planning, forecast credibility, and account coverage.
• Build and manage integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and third-party channels.
