Job summary

IRONSCALES is seeking a high-visibility marketing leader to own and accelerate demand generation for a breakout cybersecurity brand. You will craft and execute end-to-end demand strategy across multiple GTMs, build ABX programs with Sales, and lead a small team and agency partners.

You will drive funnel growth, optimize channels, and scale the ABM platform and tech stack. Expect autonomy, performance accountability, and a right-sized team to deliver aggressive growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in building demand programs from scratch and scaling them.
• Experience at director level with revenue impact and growth-stage scale.
• Able to lead by doing and drive measurable pipeline results.
• Strong ability to manage external agencies and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the demand strategy across the full funnel and multiple go-to-market motions.
• Build and scale ABX programs with Sales and priority accounts.
• Develop lead lifecycle programs to maximize conversion and pipeline.
• Expand and optimize the channel mix including paid, email, ABM, webinars.
• Oversee ABM platform and marketing tech stack for segmentation and reporting.
• Own demand reporting and forecasting in collaboration with RevOps.
• Leverage AI and automation to scale output while reducing headcount growth.
• Lead a small team and manage agency/contractor relationships.
• Align with Sales on account prioritization and SLAs.
