Job summary

RSA Security is seeking a Vice President of Demand Generation to own end-to-end strategy, technology, team, and the global pipeline. You will design an AI-native demand engine, lead enterprise ABM, and drive marketing-sourced and influenced revenue.

You will lead regional demand teams, manage the marketing stack (HubSpot, 6sense, webinar platforms), and present trusted dashboards to the executive team. 15+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS or cybersecurity marketing preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS or cybersecurity marketing.
• Proven ability to own pipeline targets and revenue accountability.
• Experience leading demand generation at scale with regional/global scope.
• Strong command of AI-native demand generation and modern MarTech stacks.

Responsibilities

• Own the global demand-generation strategy and pipeline targets feeding revenue.
• Build an AI-native demand engine with intelligent outreach and meeting-booking.
• Lead enterprise ABM and account engagement across priority ICPs.
• Scale digital demand across paid/search, social, programmatic, and webinars.
• Manage the marketing tech stack end-to-end (HubSpot, 6sense, webinar platforms).
• Lead regional lead development teams and set playbooks for Sales handoff.
• Provide executive-level dashboards and storytelling on demand performance.
