Proximie is seeking a Director, Performance Enablement to run the planning, measurement, and execution disciplines that will scale our Americas Delivery organization. The VP sets strategy, and you turn priorities into operating plans with reliable information to help leaders deliver consistently and keep the Voice of Customer front and center.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in delivery operations, PMO, or strategy and operations.
• Proven ability to create reliable operating cadences and dashboards used by leaders.
• Strong analytical capabilities with focus on customer value realization.

Responsibilities

• Run planning, measurement, and execution disciplines that scale Americas Delivery.
• Own demand and capacity planning linking contracts, pipeline, and staffing.
• Operationalize metrics, ROI methodology, and outcome tracking with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and surface delivery insights to leadership.
• Serve as executive contact on analytics and ROI methodology.
