Job summary

Valiantys in the United States is seeking a Director of Delivery Operations and Workforce Planning (NoAM) to build the regional delivery backbone across professional services and managed services. You will design the operating model, governance, and staffing plans to enable predictable delivery, healthy margins, and evidence-based decisions.

You'll partner with Delivery, Sales, Finance, and People & Culture to turn strategy into scalable processes, establish KPI framing, and provide

Qualifications

• Leadership in delivery operations and PMO for services
• Experience building demand, capacity, utilization, and workforce planning
• Strong financial acumen in forecasting, budgeting, margins and variance analysis
• Hands-on with automation, analytics, and enterprise platforms such as CRM/BI

Responsibilities

• Establish the NoAM Delivery operating model with cadences and reviews
• Govern the lifecycle from handoff to closure across delivery and finance
• Ensure regional practices align with strategy and regional policies
• Identify operational risks and coordinate corrective actions
• Provide leadership with clear visibility into portfolio performance and health
• Own demand forecasting, capacity planning, and workforce visibility
• Integrate backlog, pipeline, active work, hiring plans into a unified view
• Lead recurring demand and capacity reviews with cross-functional leaders
• Develop scenario analyses for capacity gaps and bench risks
• Translate forecast demand into hiring and contractor recommendations
• Maintain reconciled view of services revenue, backlog health and margins
• Improve forecasting accuracy through disciplined project plans and variance analysis
• Present options and actions with clear data-backed rationale
• Serve as operating partner to NoAM VP Delivery to drive durable routines
• Influence cross-functional alignment without formal authority
• Define interfaces and accountability across Delivery, Finance, Sales, and more
• Improve data quality and reporting disciplines across region
• Act as regional business owner for PSA/CRM/reporting platforms
• Lead delivery operations resources and advocate for capability growth
