Job summary

Proximie is seeking a Director, Performance Enablement to run the planning, measurement, and execution disciplines for the Americas Delivery organization. You will convert strategic priorities into operating plans, manage cadence, and provide reliable performance insights to executives.

The role is remote in the United States with occasional travel, requiring 10+ years in delivery operations and strong analytics, dashboards, and ROI framing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in delivery operations, PMO, or strategy roles.
• 3+ years leading operating cadences for multi-function teams.
• Experience building capacity and workforce planning tied to pipeline and growth.

Responsibilities

• Translate Delivery strategy into measurable operating plans and ownership.
• Run weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cadences with performance reviews.
• Own demand and capacity planning linking contracts, pipeline, and staffing.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and People to surface capacity gaps.
• Define metrics, dashboards, and ROI methodology for executives.
