Proxima Group is seeking a Senior Vice President to shape client relationships, drive growth and lead delivery for a portfolio of strategic accounts. You will partner with board and C-suite leaders to set direction, govern delivery, and ensure lasting value for clients and for Proxima.

You will own the growth agenda, build capabilities, and lead ambitious procurement and transformation programs, collaborating across Proxima and Bain to strengthen partnerships and deliver measurable outcomes.

Formación

• Executive client leadership and delivery leadership experience
• Credibility with board and C-suite stakeholders
• Strong procurement and commercial transformation expertise
• Sound judgment under uncertainty and change leadership
• Proven ability to originate and grow strategic client accounts
• Experience owning pipelines, revenue generation and commercial solutions

Responsabilidades

• Own strategic client relationships and transformation across a portfolio of clients
• Shape procurement and business transformation agendas aligned to enterprise strategy and financial performance
• Lead board and C-suite conversations and align stakeholders around decisions
• Drive revenue growth, owning the business development pipeline and commercial structures
• Ensure delivery excellence and value realization across engagements
• Set governance, quality, and ownership standards while balancing pace and resources
• Empower senior delivery leaders and manage risk with decisive interventions
• Foster collaboration with Bain and client teams and strengthen strategic partnerships
• Contribute to the firm’s strategic direction and market presence with scalable methods and IP
• Champion responsible digital, data and AI-enabled delivery
