Zusammenfassung

Proximie is seeking a Director, Performance Enablement to scale the Americas Delivery organization by transforming strategy into measurable operating plans, cadence, and reliable information. You will own portfolio reviews, demand and capacity forecasting, performance reporting, risk tracking, and delivery economics, partnering with the VP and cross-functional leaders.

The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with executive judgment, builds practical infrastructure, and guides analytics

Qualifikationen

10+ years in delivery/ops, 3+ years leading cadences.
Proven capacity/resource/workforce planning models.
Strong analytical and financial skills in ROI and cost modeling.
Experience designing dashboards and executive KPIs.

Aufgaben

Translate strategy into measurable operating plans with owners.
Lead cadence across weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual cycles.
Create a single view of Delivery performance for leadership.
Own demand and capacity planning models.
Collaborate with Delivery, Sales, Finance, and People to surface gaps.
Govern risk, dependencies, and ROI methodology alignment.
Coordinate analytics and ROI with executives and leaders.
Support cross-functional discussions on customer value and outcomes.
