Job summary
Premier, Inc. is seeking a Director of Advisory Services Analytics Delivery and Data Engineering to lead cross‑functional teams delivering performance improvements in healthcare. You will oversee client relationships, project teams, and the development of deliverables, analytics, and best practices.
Travel up to 10% within the US is required. You will mentor staff, drive data pipelines, ensure project profitability, and contribute to business development while maintaining high customer
Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in advisory analytics or healthcare consulting.
- Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations, or Decision Support Analytics.
- Experience in Revenue Cycle analytics.
- Experience with Databricks and data pipelines.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of advisory analytics projects for healthcare clients.
- Oversee client relationships, engagement results, and scope management.
- Mentor and develop staff, supervise project quality and profitability.
- Coordinate analytics development, data ingestion, and KPI creation.
- Support business development opportunities and contract execution.
