You will guide executive outreach, consensus-building, and strategic engagement across customers and internal stakeholders. You will develop and deliver high-impact training, influence sales strategies, and craft reusable frameworks to drive digital transformation, with a focus on IT and security modernization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in business transformation or consulting.
• Expertise in building business cases with financial analysis.
• Proven ability to influence C-suite leaders.
• Experience across multiple industries a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to shape cybersecurity and digital transformation initiatives.
• Provide guidance on value-based selling to support the sales process.
• Translate engagement experiences into reusable content and frameworks.
• Develop and deliver high-impact, value-focused trainings for customers and internal teams.
• Influence field sales strategies by elevating the value function internally.
• Coach teams on identifying strategic issues and building compelling IT and security transformation business cases.
• Create and deploy value selling tools and programs for sales and marketing teams.
