As Senior CRO Strategist, you own the strategy and client relationships for assigned accounts, leading a CRO Project Manager and working with analytics, design, development, and QA to deliver optimized programs that clients trust and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in website testing with a UX focus.
• Strong client-facing experience; lead calls and present results.
• Solid web analytics knowledge (GA4, Hotjar, Clarity).
• Hands-on testing with Monetate, Convert, or VWO.
• HTML/CSS basics; JavaScript a bonus.
• Strong collaboration and leadership of a direct report.

Responsibilities

• Review each client's testing strategy monthly and update roadmaps.
• Prepare biweekly reporting slides and track client data.
• Understand client marketing, messaging, and end customers to build strategies.
• Lead client calls and presentations; review decks beforehand.
• Debrief after calls and run follow-up workflows.
• Support PM and ensure timely, high-quality work.
• Own special projects with clear scope and milestones.
• Make quick HTML/CSS edits as needed.
