Job summary

Cro Metrics is a fully remote, US-based growth optimization agency seeking a Senior Director, Client Strategy. You will lead an Integrated Growth Strategy team responsible for client health, retention, and expansion across a portfolio, while standardizing delivery and leveraging AI to scale capabilities.

You will own relationships with VP–C-suite stakeholders, drive renewals and expansions, and partner with Product to embed Cro Metrics’ IP into client engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in client-facing strategy or services with retention and revenue accountability.
• Experience directly managing a client-facing team of individual contributors.
• Agency or consultancy services experience.
• Hands-on use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) in your work.
• Based in an eligible US state and willing to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead an Integrated Growth Strategy team and own client success across a portfolio.
• Set operating standards and move repeatable work to AI and nearshore teams.
• Collaborate with Product to place Cro Metrics’ tools at the center of client engagements.
• Drive renewals, expansion, and a data-driven growth roadmap.
• Hire, coach, and retain strategists and develop future managers.
• Maintain a disciplined operating cadence with staffing, utilization, and margins.
