Devotion is seeking a Director to own and scale creator community, ambassador, and gifting programs across brand partners, while partnering with our AI platform to surface creators and ensure brand safety. You’ll supervise Account Leads and Associates, guide program strategy, hit KPIs, and act as trusted advisor to senior brands.

This role blends hands-on leadership with strategic client collaboration. You’ll work across strategy, product, and engineering, expand programs, and drive scalable

Competenze

• 7+ years in creator marketing, community operations, influencer programs, or related disciplines.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders, budgets, and large creator programs.
• Proven ability to lead brand ambassador programs and gifting initiatives.

Mansioni

• Be the elevated point of contact for client and agency relationships across brand partners.
• Oversee onboarding for brand ambassador programs across multiple partners.
• Ensure brand safety checks are aligned with AI parameters.
• Set and hit monthly KPIs including applications, content volume, CPM, and quality.
• Shape community strategy to stay culturally relevant on TikTok and Instagram.
• Handle creator targeting with AI, refine messaging models, grow qualified creators.
• Design incentive systems to drive participation and loyalty.
• Own and manage a portfolio of 8–12 high-value accounts; advise senior decision-makers.
• Conduct business reviews and plan sessions with stakeholders.
