Job summary

Thesis is seeking a Director of Partnerships & PR to elevate creator relationships into a scalable engine for customer acquisition. You’ll lead a small team, expand strategic partnerships, and drive measured outcomes across content, distribution, and brand collaborations.

You will own negotiations, activation plans, and the integration of paid and organic efforts, leveraging AI to increase speed, quality, and impact. Experience in health/wellness partnerships is a plus and hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven track record scaling creator partnerships for customer acquisition.
• Experience negotiating meaningful deals and managing budgets across campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and grow the creator partnerships program with clear business outcomes.
• Lead negotiations, compensation, rights, and renewal terms for partnerships.
• Own PR and earned media strategy and relationships with journalists and publishers.
• Collaborate with Growth, Creative, Science, and Regulatory to align messaging and activation.
• Build AI-enabled workflows for research, sourcing, briefing, analysis, and reporting.
