You will drive ROI by optimizing talent selection, metrics, and collaboration with internal groups while shaping the beauty creator ecosystem with a strong network and industry insight.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in digital/advertising/creator marketing.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Expert negotiating skills with six figure influencer budgets.
• Direct experience with on-site influencer activations.
• Experience coordinating fast-paced projects.
• Sourcing beauty creators beyond social platforms.
• Knowledge of offline and online brand space and ROI metrics.
• Well connected in the creator space with industry contacts.
• Familiar with performance tracking and brand measurement tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with timelines and records.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for the overall success of Influential's social campaigns.
• Build and execute creator strategies tailored to campaigns and introduce new success metrics.
• Lead and mentor Campaign Managers and Creator Partnerships teams.
• Support training in planning, audience reporting, and research tools.
• Liaise between creator management and other internal groups to meet client needs.
• Strategically identify talent and creators to maximize ROI and KPI achievement.
• Oversee vetting, casting, negotiation, contracting and content management.
• Position recommended creators to clients using data and insights.
