Job summary

rednote is seeking a Creator Growth & Community Manager to drive acquisition, activation, and retention through scalable programs and creator experiences. You will lead growth initiatives across international markets, build ambassador and campus programs, and collaborate with Product, Growth, Content, and Partnerships to translate insights into action.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, program design, and scalable operations to strengthen creator belonging and content creation

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Growth, Community, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of creator ecosystems and online communities.
• Experience designing scalable community programs and events.
• Data-driven mindset to use insights for strategy.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Entrepreneurial and thrives in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead creator growth initiatives across international markets, driving acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Design and execute scalable community programs, including meetups, ambassador and campus programs, and referrals.
• Build relationships with creators across verticals to help them grow on the platform.
• Partner with Product, Growth, Content, and Partnerships to identify opportunities and turn them into programs.
• Develop strategies to strengthen belonging, increase content creation, and ecosystem growth.
• Analyze program performance and creator behavior to optimize metrics.
• Identify new organic growth channels and community-led growth models.
• Create scalable operating playbooks replicable across markets.
