Job description

We are seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and relationship-driven Creator Partnerships Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of a growing creator community program, with a strong focus on ambassador and user-generated content initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of community engagement, operations, and content coordination.

The Creator Partnerships Coordinator will help manage creator relationships, oversee communications at scale, track submissions and deliverables, review content, coordinate gifting and product seeding, and ensure creators feel supported and engaged throughout their experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires frequent pivots.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of creator partnerships and ambassador community programs
• Serve as a key point of contact for creators, fostering responsive and high-touch relationships
• Coordinate bulk communications, creator updates, and program-wide announcements
• Track creator participation, content submissions, deadlines, and campaign deliverables across multiple initiatives
• Review user-generated and creator content, organizing feedback and approvals
• Assist with gifting, product seeding, and logistics tied to creator campaigns
• Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and internal systems to support smooth program execution
• Help organize creator data and surface insights to internal stakeholdersContribute to operational improvements and process optimization for in-house creator programs
• Support community-building initiatives, including newsletters, engagement campaigns, and creator communications
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure campaigns and communications are accurate, compliant, and on-brand

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, social media, community management, affiliate marketing, or related fields
• Strong project management and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with UGC, seeding programs, affiliate programs, ambassador communities, or creator operations
• Comfort working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, especially across spreadsheets, trackers, and communications
• Confidence reviewing creative assets and providing clear, thoughtful feedback
• A relationship-first mindset with the ability to build trust and community at scale
• Sound judgment and professionalism when representing a brand in sensitive or regulated categories
• Agency experience is a plus, particularly in high-volume, fast-turnaround settings
• Experience engaging with parent, family, or lifestyle audiences is a plus

Candidates with experience supporting creator or community programs that include a strong operational component will be especially successful in this role. Professionals from agency environments may be particularly well-suited given the pace, communication volume, and multitasking required.
