Job summary

New Relic, Inc. seeks a strategic CI Director to own our competitive intelligence program from strategy to execution. You will become the foremost expert on observability and AIOps competition, shaping messaging for Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

You will lead the CI platform, win/loss initiatives, and executive readouts, partnering across Product and GTM to sharpen New Relic’s positioning in a fast-moving market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in competitive intelligence or related field with tech focus.
• Strong grounding in observability, monitoring, or cloud software.
• Proven ability to build battlecards and playbooks used by field teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale the CI program end-to-end for Sales, Marketing and Product.
• Translate competitive insights into differentiated messaging and GTM plans.
• Lead win/loss programs and deliver exec-ready readouts.
