Guidewire is seeking a Director of Competitive Intelligence to build and run a high-impact CI function. You will own the program end to end, from market monitoring to battlecards, and work with GTM leadership to ensure insights reach the field.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B software experience in CI, PMM or strategy.
• Ability to build and scale CI programs and create field-ready enablement content.
• Strong executive communication skills for briefing C-level leaders and defending a POV.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the competitive intelligence program.
• Lead the structured win/loss analysis and translate findings into insights and dashboards.
• Partner with Product/Strategy to inform roadmap and anticipate market shifts.
• Coach and prioritize work for a small CI/PMM team and evangelize best practices.
