- Develop and drive the enterprise CommTech strategy aligned with Danaher’s operating model.
- Oversee end-to-end CommTech ecosystem including selection, governance, and lifecycle management.
- Build dashboards, analytics pipelines, and measurement frameworks to translate activity into insights and KPIs.
- Standardize workflows, governance, training, and adoption to improve data quality and efficiency across the organization.
