You will lead end-to-end digital strategy, embed AI into core workflows, and orchestrate a global content funnel while ensuring DBS discipline and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in digital marketing, growth, or brand activation roles.
• Proven experience managing global, multi-channel digital ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, and performance marketing (SEO/SEM/AEO).
• Data-driven marketer skilled in AI-enabled marketing, analytics, measurement, and agile optimization.
• Experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations, preferably in B2B or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy and execution across all digital channels, including corporate website and ecosystem, SEO/SEM, social, CRM, and content platforms.
• Embed AI into content creation, personalization, and optimization to drive efficiency and scale.
• Build and orchestrate a global content and storytelling funnel aligned to brand and commercial outcomes.
• Operate with Danaher Business System (DBS) discipline: establish KPIs, dashboards, and continuous improvement.
• Balance strategy with hands-on execution to move quickly and drive measurable impact.
