Danaher is hiring a Director of Communications Technology & Insights to lead the enterprise CommTech strategy, analytics, and governance. You will partner with IT, Data Security, and vendors to deliver secure, scalable platforms and actionable insights across the company.

The role requires translating complex data into clear recommendations, driving adoption, and leveraging AI-enabled solutions to improve communications performance and decision‑making. Remote or onsite in Boston available.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise communications technologies and analytics.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for decision‑making.
• Experience with enterprise platforms, SaaS governance, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the enterprise Communications Technology (CommTech) strategy, identifying system gaps and opportunities for scale, standardization, automation, and AI enablement.
• Own and manage the CommTech ecosystem end‑to‑end, including solution selection, implementation oversight, governance, lifecycle management, optimization, and long‑term sustainability, with internal teams and external vendors.
• Oversee implementation and optimization of core CommTech platforms, including monitoring and analytics tools and enterprise media CRM, ensuring security, governance, scalability, and global insight.
• Build and evolve communications insights and performance reporting, developing dashboards, analytics pipelines, and measurement frameworks translating activity into enterprise KPIs.
• Standardize CommTech workflows, governance models, training pathways, and continuous‑improvement practices across the organization.
