Job summary
Danaher is seeking a Director of Communications Strategy & Operational Excellence to lead the enterprise Communications operating model, enabling strategy, prioritization, and disciplined execution. You will partner with Communications leadership to align priorities and embed scalable practices across global teams.
The role reports to the VP of Communications Operations within Enterprise Communications, with a remote or on-site work option at our Boston office.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in DBS/strategic planning/PMO in global orgs.
- Certified DBS/Lean with enterprise tools (TPI, PSP, Daily Management).
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen for data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to lead multi-workstream initiatives through influence.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Communications leadership on long-range strategy and KPI management.
- Design and enable operating rhythms, governance forums, and cadence.
- Serve as DBS capability lead, coaching leaders on TPI principles to improve workflows.
- Build DBS Fundamentals across global teams and embed tools and standard work.
- Coordinate planning, budgeting, and governance cadences enterprise-wide.
