Job summary

Danaher is seeking a Director of Communications Strategy & Operational Excellence to design and sustain the enterprise Communications operating model across the organization. You will provide governance, capacity planning, and DBS-based process improvement to enable strategic planning and disciplined execution.

• 10+ years in DBS, strategic planning, PMO leadership or enterprise Communications Operations.
• Advanced DBS/Lean practitioner with enterprise-scale experience and governance deployment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Communications leadership to develop and sustain long-range strategy.
• Design and enable governance forums, rhythms, and decision cadences.
• Lead DBS capability within Communications Operations, coaching senior leaders.
• Embed DBS fundamentals across global teams and ensure standard work.
• Coordinate enterprise planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance frames.
