Job summary

Prudential is seeking a Director, Communications Intelligence Strategy to lead the intelligence agenda for Communications and translate signals into clear implications for senior leaders. You will build dashboards and insight packages, partner with Brand, Investor Relations and Corporate Affairs, and guide analytics to ensure data quality and decision readiness.

Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in communications measurement, reputation intelligence, stakeholder research, media analytics, corporate affairs, or related strategy roles.
Strong ability to synthesize signals into clear implications and recommendations for senior leaders.
Experience building intelligence products, dashboards or readouts that support planning and issue readiness.

Responsibilities

Build the intelligence agenda for Communications, connecting signals into a decision-ready view.
Develop early-warning approaches, intelligence readouts and escalation inputs for leadership.
Lead development of dashboards, briefings and insight packages that synthesize data into clear implications.
Partner with Brand, Investor Relations, People & Experience and Corporate Affairs to improve planning and issue response.
Guide analytics to ensure data quality, dashboard usability and decision-ready outputs.
Convert signals into practical counsel for senior leaders and enterprise teams.
