Job summary

Prudential is seeking a Director of Communications Intelligence Strategy to lead the intelligence agenda for Communications and translate signals into practical counsel for senior leaders. You will build dashboards, readouts and escalation inputs, and partner across Brand, Investor Relations and Corporate Affairs to strengthen reputation readiness and decision-making.

This hybrid role requires on-site presence on a recurring basis, with guidance from leadership on the exact days.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in communications measurement, reputation intelligence, or related strategy roles.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to synthesize signals into clear implications and counsel senior leaders.
• Experience building intelligence dashboards and readouts for planning and issue readiness.
• Fluency with social listening, media monitoring, AI-enabled tools and data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong executive communication and facilitation skills to guide decisions under ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Build the intelligence agenda for Communications, connecting signals into a decision-ready view.
• Develop early-warning approaches and escalation inputs for leaders.
• Lead development of dashboards, briefings and insight packages for senior decision-making.
• Partner with Brand, Investor Relations, People & Experience and Corporate Affairs to improve planning and issue response.
• Guide analytics support to ensure data quality and dashboard usability.
