Job summary

Prudential is seeking a Director of Communications Intelligence Strategy to build a more decision-ready intelligence capability for Communications. You will connect signals across reputation, stakeholder insights, and performance data to inform leadership decisions and governance.

The role requires 7–10 years in related strategy roles, a bachelor’s degree, and strong executive communication skills. Hybrid work, competitive rewards, and extensive learning resources are offered.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in communications measurement, reputation intelligence, stakeholder research or related strategy roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Data Science, Market Research, Business, Public Affairs or related field.
• Ability to synthesize signals into clear implications and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Experience building intelligence products, dashboards, readouts or early-warning systems.
• Fluency with social listening, media monitoring, stakeholder research, and AI-enabled intelligence tools; data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong executive communication and facilitation skills; ability to guide decisions under ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Build the intelligence agenda for Communications, connecting signals into a decision-ready view.
• Develop early-warning approaches and intelligence readouts to anticipate issues and plan responses.
• Lead development of dashboards, briefings, and insight packages for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Brand, Investor Relations, People & Experience, Corporate Affairs to improve planning and response.
• Guide analytics support to ensure data quality, dashboard usability and measurement outputs for decision-makers.
• Translate signals into practical counsel for VP, Intelligence and enterprise partners.
