Job summary

Prudential is seeking a Manager, Communications Insights within the Strategy & Integration team. You will manage analytics, dashboards and reporting to measure communications performance, sentiment and coverage.

You will translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership and cross‑functional teams. The role requires 5–7 years of analytics experience, a quantitative degree and strong skills in Excel, Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in data analytics or communications measurement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, Data Analytics or related field.
• Strong ability to collect, clean and interpret data from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Manage recurring analytics, dashboards and reporting views for communications performance.
• Improve data quality and integration from media, social and channel data sources.
• Develop Power BI/Tableau dashboards to make insights accessible.
• Translate trends and signals into actionable recommendations for teams.
• Automate recurring data collection and reporting processes.
