Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in communications measurement or related strategy roles.
• Ability to synthesize signals into clear implications for senior leaders.
• Experience building intelligence dashboards and readouts for planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead intelligence strategy for the Communications function and connect signals into a decision-ready view.
• Develop early-warning approaches, readouts, and escalation inputs for leaders.
• Lead dashboards and insight packages to support senior decision-making.
• Partner with Brand, Investor Relations, People & Experience, Corporate Affairs and other teams.
• Provide strategic counsel to VP, Intelligence and Policies and enterprise partners.
• Guide analytics support to ensure data quality and dashboard usability.
