Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national P&C operations and agency workflows. The role partners with leadership to standardize processes, optimize performance, and drive scalable solutions across the brokerage.

You will guide workflow design, workforce planning, and strategic initiatives to deliver exceptional client service while supporting M&A integration and transformation efforts. Central Time Zone friendly, fully remote preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage.
• Expertise in agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and optimization.
• Experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions and integration initiatives.
• Excellent communication and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Divisional and Regional Leadership to develop Commercial Lines initiatives.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Establish standardized workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvements to increase productivity and reduce variation.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze staffing models and capacity planning to support growth.
• Support merger and acquisition initiatives through integration planning.
• Promote EPIC usage and optimization of technology platforms.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, accountability, and successful implementation.
