Job summary
Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national P&C operations for a large brokerage network. This fully remote role aligns with Central Time Zone working hours, with occasional on-site requirements for branch needs.
You will partner with divisional and regional leadership to standardize workflows, drive efficiency, and support M&A integration. A current P&C license is required; CPCU/CIC designation is strongly preferred.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license required.
- CPCU or CIC designation strongly preferred.
- 5–7+ years of commercial lines operational leadership experience in a large brokerage or agency.
- Strong expertise in commercial lines operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
- Experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives.
- Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
- Establish standardized workflows and best practices across the organization.
- Lead process optimization and workforce planning efforts.
- Support M&A integration initiatives and operating model evolution.
- Promote adoption of EPIC-based systems and reporting tools.
- Drive performance analytics and stakeholder collaboration.
